This is a duel type restaurant as they serve lunch in the main dining room from roast beef sandwiches to a BLT, soups, deserts etc, then in the rear dining area the theme is Alice in Wonderland and the Mad Hatter which every young girl goes bonkers over. They serve pastries that will amaze as well as fine teas and so on, see menu. This is a showplace as well as a restaurant, building was built in 1901 with very high ceilings, amazing features throughout. The menu is attached, they're open for lunch only so there is a huge opportunity to expand the income, owner simply does not want to put that much time in as she has been ready to retire but the times they opened for an evening it was by reservation only and always sells out, so the business is there to be had, also serves beer & wine. All the kitchen equipment is included less the dishwasher. All the inventory is included as well. All but a few pieces of furnishings and art work is included, the ones that are not can be purchased separately and are all antiques. Excellent customer base for over 14 years. Lots of parking in front and in the parking lot to the south side. The best way I can describe this dining experience is like being at an amusement park, even have themed hats and cup cake holders as well as retail sales of tea cups & other Alice in Wonderland themed items and British teas etc etc. Very happy place to eat for certain. Seller has spent approx $16,000 the past year for improvements that would otherwise go to the bottom line but she wants it to be perfect so spends the extra time on the details.
